The answer is simple and quite clear.Those students who have completed their IGNOU Bachelor Degree, Master Degree, Diploma or PG Diploma programmes in December-2017/ June-2018 term-end examinations are eligible to apply for this 32nd convocation.

Students who have completed their Certificate programme do not need to apply for convocation as they can directly collect their certificates at regional centre after this event.
