IGNOU Exam Form December 2018 – In Indira Gandhi National Open University, the term end examination form is filled up by students in the month of September and October for December examinations. It’s 2018 and now it’s the time for December theory as well as practical exams. As per the latest IGNOU exam date sheet, the theory exams will be conducted from 1st Dec to 29th December.Then,the practical exams will be conducted later.

The students who have got failed in the June 2018 exams can also fill up exam form to appear again in the upcoming December exams for the required courses.They can check their Ignou result of Term-end examinations on the university official website at www.ignou.ac.in.

The IGNOU exam form Dec 2018 can be filled up by the students via online mode of application.Also,the application fee has to paid by online mode as well.Earlier, the students have the facility to fill up exam form via offline mode as well. In the offline mode, students had to download IGNOU exam form from the university website.Then they had to fill it and submit it at their regional centre concerned along with fee Demand Draft.

But now, the facility to fill up IGNOU examination form offline is closed.The only method to fill up application form is to fill it online. Now, let’s discuss how the students can fill Ignou online exam form.

Note: In case of International students, the exam application should be submitted through International Division only.

The university has provided a link on its official website where students can easily apply for examination by filling up application form online. Students have to visit the URL: http://exam.ignou.ac.in/ to fill up IGNOU exam form online.

After opening up this URL, the first thing which students have to do is to read guidelines and Instruction to fill up and submission of online exam form correctly.Then at the bottom of the webpage,students have to accept the declaration form by marking it Tick.Only after accepting the declaration, students will be allowed to proceed to fill up exam application form online.

Before, filling up exam form students need to make sure that they have submitted all the assignments as applicable for the required courses. Otherwise, it will be a wastage of exam fee. Students will not be issued the hall ticket for the courses for which assignments have not been submitted by them.

While filling up exam application form, students are required to select and enter programme code from the options available.For programmes such as BA/BCOM/BSC the option code is BDP.

IGNOU Exam Fees – Pay it Online

The exam fee for each theory as well as practical course is Rs.120/-.The mode of fee payment is online.No other mode of payment is accepted.Students can pay their IGNOU exam fees via making use of online payment methods such as Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking.

  • While making payment with Credit Card,the students will be charged 0.85% extra of the total amount.
  • In case of Debit Card, the extra charges will be 0.70% for a transaction upto Rs.2000/- and 0.95% for a transaction above Rs.2000/-.
  • There will be extra charges of Rs.10/- per transaction if any student make payment with Net Banking payment option of any bank excluding UBI.For UBI netbanking, there will not be any charges.

Last Date of IGNOU Exam Form Submission

Students will be able to fill IGNOU exam form Dec 2018 from 24th September to 10th November.There will not be any late fee charges for the students who will submit their exam application form in the month of September & October.However, students have to pay late fee of Rs.1000/- if they submit their exam form from 1st November to 10th November.

How to check IGNOU Exam Form Status online?

After successfully submitting the examination form online, the students will receive an acknowledgement with control number.The acknowledgement receipt will be sent to the applicant’s E-mail address mentioned by them in the application form. It is advised to the students to retain the auto generated Control Number for future reference and record.

The university has also provided the link on the website namely “Check for Status, if already registered “. By clicking this link, students can check their Ignou exam form status after 24 hours of submission of their application form (leaving the day of submission except Saturday & Sunday).

If you do not find anything in the Ignou exam form submission status, students are requested to fill and submit the exam form again.

  1. Sir payment of exam fee for june2018 can be done by any debit card. it should be idbi or hdfc??
